I have been taking the Lions Mane and Cordyceps tinctures with the intent to wean off of adderall that I take for ADD. It’s only been a couple of weeks and I have only taken my adderall once in those two weeks. Obviously the mushrooms are not going to give me the stimulant effect but I can function. I would keep taking the adderall but I’m 48 now and starting to experience blood pressure issues so the adderall has to go. I have high hopes that this will continue working and getting better as I take it long term.
